This is a self-paced tutorial course with open enrollment, meaning you can enroll and start a course any time. After enrolling, you will receive all lessons immediately, and have a specified amount of time to access and complete the course content.
This course provides the 75 hours of instruction required to be eligible for a Georgia Real Estate Salesperson license. The course prepares learners for the Georgia state licensing exam and provides the practical business knowledge and foundation necessary to be a successful real estate salesperson in Georgia. Topics include license law, agency law, real property ownership, finance and closing, marketing regulations, property management, and real estate calculations. Treated like a 40-hour work week, your education can be completed quickly so you can move on with your new real estate career.

This is a self-paced tutorial course with open enrollment, meaning you can enroll and start a course any time. After enrolling, you will receive all lessons immediately, and have a specified amount of time to access and complete the course content.
Newly licensed salespersons must complete this 25-hour Salesperson Post-License course in their first year of licensure. This course must be completed by the first year anniversary date of licensure issuance. The 25-hour post-licensing course also counts as 9 hours towards fulfilling the continuing education requirement.

This is a self-paced tutorial course with open enrollment, meaning you can enroll and start a course any time. After enrolling, you will receive all lessons immediately, and have a specified amount of time to access and complete the course content.
Are you in need of continuing education units (CEUs)? From ethics and personal safety to current trends and social media compliance, we offer a large array of online courses to meet your training needs. Our course offerings are three (3) to 4 hours in length, and accredited by the Georgia Real Estate Commission.

Remember, you need to receive 36 hours of continuing education during your license period.
